People can never change. They're born the way they are and that's that.

I think people should just be calm and happy all the time. They don't need any of this stuff.

I'm looking for a quick fix or a shortcut and not willing to practice.


Years ago, My life was very different than it is today. I was newly separated, totally driven by stress and anxiety, had no confidence, and didn't like leaving my home. I even had my shopping delivered, and I worked from home. Then I learnt these practices, and I've never looked back. I've adapted and changed it to serve me, and now I share it with you. Being mindful and dropping into the breath can change your working day and will change your life.

Anxiety comes in many forms, and the severity varies from person to person. From the frustration of sleepless nights, simple overthought and worry to full-blown panic attacks or just mild concerns, it affects us all at some point in our lives in different degrees.


In the last 12 months, the world has been in a situation that has created some feelings and a whole lot more because we haven't experienced times like this before, and that scares some of us because we don't know what we don't know and it brings up all sorts of sensations in our minds and bodies.


It's the fight or flight mode of the sympathetic nervous system in action, helping to keep us safe?!

8 years ago, I found myself feeling and wondering the same thing! I wondered what had happened to my life. Then something shifted, and I realised I wasn't actually living MY life; I was walking it. I began to question...

I never felt good enough within myself or my marriage.

Why do I feel so alone, and how can I change this feeling?

Nobody should feel this ???? / stuck... Should they????

Was there more to life than this?

From there, it all started.

I knew it was MY TIME.

I started simply by saying yes to me.

It's been an exciting rediscovery through self-improvement, meditation, savouring, self-love and a whole lot of gratitude.

My passion for helping you comes from being a hairdresser for 32 years; during that time, I listened to heartfelt stories of struggles, hardships, challenges and triumphs and of course my own stories and struggles. 2014 I started the first of many self-development courses and people started to notice my changes. It made me want to help as many women as I could to move beyond those stories and that's why I studied to become a life coach. I believe happiness is an inside job. Sometimes we lose our way and need to be seen, heard, and know we are worthy and good enough just as we are.

No matter how successful we are in life, what we see on the outside, it's rarely what we feel on the inside.

It's an amazing feeling when friends come up to me and say, what have you done! You are so different... happy...

I truly believe that when you become happier within yourself, you impact others. The ripple effect is amazing.

We can become better at being a Mum, Daughter, Partner, and Friend  BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, HAPPIER WITHIN OURSELVES.
